All services provided by ICCTVU are subject to quotation approval, site inspection, and product availability.

Invoices must be paid within the agreed payment terms. Deposits may be required before installation or project commencement.

Warranty coverage applies only to eligible products and workmanship supplied by ICCTVU. Physical damage or misuse is not covered.

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the property and necessary permissions for installation work.

ICCTVU is not responsible for indirect loss, internet interruptions, power failures, or third-party service outages affecting system performance.
